Before you book
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The on-site visit and the written proposal cost nothing and carry no obligation. If we are not the right fit, the ideas from the visit are yours to keep.
How long does the visit take?
About 30 minutes for most homes. Larger design projects can take a little longer, because we measure and photograph everything your proposal needs.
Do I need to be home?
Ideally, yes. The best proposals come from hearing how you use the yard. If gates or dogs need arranging, tell us in the project details and we will plan around them.
Which areas do you serve?
Red Agave crews work across the Phoenix metropolitan area. Share your property address in the form and we will confirm scheduling for your neighborhood when we reply.
How does scheduling work?
Pick your visit time in the booking calendar on this page — free estimates run Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM — or send the form and Jose's team replies within one business hour to lock in a time that suits you. Either way, we confirm before we come and remind you ahead of the appointment.
What if I only need a cleanup or trimming?
Book the same free estimate. Cleanups, palm trimming, and maintenance plans all start with a quick look at the property so the price in your proposal is the real price.
